QuickBooks

The Potter County Education Council’s Port Allegany Office will be having a QuickBooks course on Saturday, October 18^th and 25^th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. With this powerful accounting tool you will learn to organize your business and make your life easier. But best of all, it can be customized to meet your specific needs. So if you are already a QuickBooks owner and want to use the program to its fullest potential or if you are just thinking about purchasing the program, this class is a great way to get started. Nature Journaling

Have you ever wanted to bring the outdoors inside? It sounds like a crazy concept, but with nature journaling you can! Come and join the Potter County Education Council’s Port Allegany Office for a fun-filled day of outdoor adventure as we trek around Port Allegany with our journals and cameras. Tom Murphy will be instructing all you “nature snoopers” on the ins and outs of how to journal and create memories that will last a lifetime. This is a great activity for the entire family! Crochet Rag Rug Class

The PCEC’s Port Allegany Education Center will be hosting a Rag Rug Class as a part of its Make-A-Gift series. This rug will be simple to make and will make a great holiday gift. The class will be held Saturday, October 18^th beginning at 9 a.m. The cost for the class will be $20 per person. Class size limited so register early. You’ll love the art of rug making!
