Luzerne County commissioners have approved a new budget but it comes with a cost.

Commissioners approved the $130 million budget two to one. They managed to cut the budget by 11.5 percent. To do that, 100 county workers will lose their jobs.

The county still has to make up a multi-million shortfall in the budget.
