Lamaze Childbirth Classes To Start At CCMH

Charles Cole Memorial Hospital will hold Lamaze prepared childbirth classes from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays, January 7 through February 11, 2009 at CCMH’s Wellness Center in Coudersport.

The classes will outline labor, birth, postpartum, positioning and comfort measures, relaxation, labor support, communication skills, anesthesia, and breastfeeding.
