What a crock of horse manure this is...... I don't even have a child 12 or under but I'm not going to be able to get parts for a machine that we already own! BS!
This is a crock. I have kids that have ATV's and so do some of my friends. When supervised, they give kids hours and days full of fun. Whatever happened to our "FREE" country?
How did Big Brother sneek this one by?? Another fine example of Government protecting us from ourselves....
Mandatory seatbelts, smoking bans, can't even dig leeks anymore without a permit...
Wake up America... 1984 has arrived...
i agree to poster #2, when supervised or taught correctly how to drive & then when they become older & want to drive a bigger size @ least they have knowledge & experience.
To also add to the last comment is when we turn our kids to the open road they have complete knowledge of what takes place when a vehicle gets out of control. I have all the above for my children (and yes accidents happen) but when you send your child off to college in his or her car you feel a lot more comfortable when you have already taught the children how to compensate for almost every situation that may happen in their travels while you are not there to supervise.
Kurt Logue
This is a good thing. There's plenty of other physical activities for a young child. Like it or not, a lot of these children DO go unsupervised on these machines which sometimes leads to serious injury. It's a total waste of fuel as well as being a pollutant. Not to mention the neighbors who have to put up with the noise and property being damaged. I could add a long list of negatives about these dangerous "toys", but you get my point.
Hurray for the government!
What is the matter with blog poster #6 ? Can't you afford one these for your child or are you just a plain ole crabby person with posted property?
Tell me, Do you drive a vehicle or use any type of fuel powered equipment.
Get over yourself!
Agree with Kurt, this is a great way to prepare your child for future driving/responsibility!
The comment "hurray for the government" - get a grip!!
Brent
So Let's let them learn how to drive on the playstation or computer so that when they crash they can just hit the reset button.
Well, guess what there is no RESET button in real life.
Kurt,
You dont know what your talkin about?
big government= bad
funny, if my religious beliefs include not allowing my kids to take medicine or have surgery, i can watch them die BUT now i can't watch them ride a dirt bike.... WOW
I live in a remote area where legally registered ATV's and dirtbikes are permitted on the township roads. That is one of the primary means of "entertainment" for local youths in my area. I know of several couples who have purchased these machines for their children and the pure expression on the child's face says it all. A responsible parent will teach them to respect the machine, respect other people's property and by doing so, the children can get many hours of enjoyment from it. Much better than having their faces glued to violent Xbox or Playstation games during their every waking moment. At least the child is getting out of the house and is enjoying him/herself in the great outdoors that we live in. Yes, there are a few bad eggs out there, but don't judge all based on a few........
Oh, and by the way, as an adult female ATV, dirtbike, snowmobile and motorcyle rider, I can tell you, it's more physical than you think. You actually get quite a workout when riding....unlike that difficult workout that your thumbs might get on the video game controller.
Playstation - lol... this is the disease of laziness and the parents way of saying - I'm busy, go play the game and blow people's heads off... remember it's not real....
Anonymous Last,
Please explain yourself because I do know I am talking about. My children could back a trailer up in the yard at the age of 6. Does that make them unsafe? Still we are back to the ones that do not watch their children with the "toy".So in the end a few may ruin it for the most and the most buy the "toy" to be used for another babysitter. Not the way I have done it for the past 10 years so do not tell me I do not know what I am talking about PLEASE
Kurt,
This is another example of our goverment turning to socialism. They want to control all of our money and our decisions. Freedom is no longer free.
I grew up around atv's, motorcycles and snowmobiles and I have had lots of accidents on all of them but that does not mean I will not let my children ride them.
I have 3 girls and they all know how to ride atv's and snowmobiles and they enjoy it very much. This federal ban can and will be overturned it will just take some time.
For the record: I forgot to add my name to my last blog (#7)
Dennis
Can you say "Go on a hike"? Take time to see Nature at it's best. Don't give your child a motorized vehicle. A child will get a bigger smile on his/her face seeing flora and fauna during a Nature walk especially if the parents go with them. It's fun, it's Free, it doesn't pollute, and it's Safe.
There now a lot of toys off the market because of this one product.
“LEAD”
Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, the machines are dangerous.
Not because a child might have an accident on the diminutive machines, but because if a child develops an appetite for the device's brakes or battery terminals and decides to eat the ATV or motorbike, lead poisoning may result.
All so these machines or rather children under a certain age, are not allowed to operate them on state land. And if a land owner allows them to operate on his property he best have good INSURANCE if they should get hurt. Parents seem to have a different tone when it’s their child that gets hurt.
This is just nonsense. The governement needs to get their priorities straightened out. I agree with the posters above, its good for children to learn hand/eye cordination on something other than a game system. Most of us learned to drive tractors on the farm when we were just little and usually there was something hooked on the back that we had to learn how to manuver around. Of course there is very little farming going on anymore (thanks to the gov. for the falling milk pay) I think a nice walk in the woods is good also, but lets not take away the kids toys. It really is a good learning experience for them.
If you want one you can still get them on EBAY. For now anyways.
To everyone that stands behind this youth atv ban. Don't forget about the fairy and hobbit festival this year. It sounds like something you would enjoy. Or maybe some star gazing...
Dennis
Okay--it boils down to this. Does your child need an ATV? Wouldn't all the money you spend on these worthless items be better spent if you put it away in a college fund for your child? Secondly, where are these ATV's manufactured? Here in the good old USA or China or some other foreign country? Thirdly, where does the fuel and oil come from to run these items? Are you being a responsible parent by encouraging your child to waste and pollute resources? Have you people learned nothing from the $4 a gallon gas prices last year? Are you contributing to this country's downfall?
ATV's are awesome and a wonderful way to get a complete full body exercise. I remember growing up riding ATV's and all my friends who went riding were skinny or normal weight. Then my friends who did not go riding were all horribly obese. I also have to say that video games can also teach our children many valuable lessons. Take Grand Theft Auto IV for example.
Billy Bob
Kurt,
Again, You DO NOT know what your talking about.
If anything you didnt teach them, their mother did
If everyone is so worried about waste and pollution, then perhaps they should ban the tractor and trailers that deliver goods throughout the entire country, including our FOOD supply, and those gas guzzling pickup trucks and SUVs.........ever followed a diesel truck? Lovely smell. Ask yourself this question? Which contributes more to waste and pollution? A little ATV or dirtbike that a child might ride on weekends for an hour or two or the SUVS and trucks driven 365 days a year...hmmmm. I think that's an easy answer. Let kids be kids and enjoy themselves, and if it's on an ATV, then so be it.
How do you know so much about Kurt and his family?? I have a 4 year old daughter and I let her ride away on my on sportsman 800 EFI with no worries at all. I mean she is a very strong and responsible 4 year old heck i don't even care if they band youth ATV's my kids will ride my ATV's or nothing.
Craig
Enough said. I see it is a losing battle and you still did not give your reasons. And you are also afraid to show your name.
Kurt
Sounds like soneone is getting personal with Kurt - A stalker or ped...
Kurt,
You need to calm down...
Nate
I don't know Kurt, but respect him for putting his name. No need to make this personal.
It's a stupid ban for a lot of reasons. I'm not really a big ATV fan, but I think they're great for disabled or challenged people who want to enjoy the outdoors, they're a great tool around the farmstead, and they can be essential in emergency situations.
Anyway, I'm a big fan of freedom and cannot understand why parents shouldn't be allowed to purchase these for their kids. I can imagine they're a lot of fun and just because they're not what I would personally choose for recreation, it doesn't mean other people shouldn't be able to do so. A lot of local families and folks from out of the area enjoy ATVing here in Potter County and I think it's a good thing (but please slow down in front of my house).
Does that mean people should be able to ride them everywhere? I would argue they should not, but we have enough space and I think a good system to determine where they are and are not allowed.
Did everyone read the blog from the Mother who allows her 4 year old to operate an 800cc ATV? AND--she can't figure out why the government is banning them? A 4 year old child is not aware of responsibility--nor is she safe riding one. I rest my case. Double Hurray for the government.
Did anyone catch the reason the gov is banning then is so the children can not eat the lead products incorporated in their manufacture, not because they are unsafe to operate. If that was the case, they would ban them for adults too.
Another great example of change. Can't wait for the Ammo taxes to kick in too.
My wife asked me what was for supper and I replied "you and the kids Put your good clothes on, Tonight we are going down to the local atv dealer and eating the front fenders off of a 2009 suzuki 50cc kids atv"
I'm sorry but if your kid is eating the plastic or whatever it may be off a atv then maybe you should move them closer to the supper table!
This ban will not be a ban for long trust me...
Dennis K.
YEAH JOSH!!!
I have alot of trouble envisioning a kid eating the battery terminals,or anything else off an ATV.....WEIRD!!!
"Can't wait for the Ammo taxes to kick in too." It won't be long Josh!!! I just spend $300 on ammo for all of my guns and I'm going to get more next month...
Check this out.

Well I know my children are not eating the paint or even touching it, as when they are on their ATV's they have on full face helmets, gloves, long sleeves and pants,They are also being supervised between myself and my husband. Yes, I as well am a mother of 2 girls who both have ATV's that we ride to lyman run and other state parks to go swimming, hiking. And usually are more tired those days then the days where they are just "playing" in the yard. And last I checked, ATV's were not Toys-
I find some of these posting very interesting, to say the least. They are putting a ban on youth ATV & Motorcycles because they are afraid the kids might eat the parts that have lead in them. I can say I have seen young kids put a lot of strange things in their mouth, but I cannot recall ever caring for a kid who decided to take a bite out of a fender or brake pad. Doesn't make sense to me.
I also find it interesting that people get into "blank" matches over someone's opinion on an issue and even go as far as to attack someone over a posting. Take Kurt for example. He seems to be getting "beat" up on over his opinion. Now in saying that, this is America and we have free speech her (Thanks to our wonderful, brave men & women who serve (served) this wonderful county of ours.) But in my opinion before you decide to "beat" up on someone you should get to know them first, you might have a whole new outlook for what they are saying.
Also, I know the Logue's and they both love and care for their children. I have the upmost respect for them and how they take care of their children. I know a lot of people who have youth ATV's and motorcycles, and they are very responsible for their children when it comes to their safety. They don't let their kids go off on their own or let them destroy someone elses' property. And if they should go onto someone else's property and "cause" damage, they have their kids admit to their mistakes and take care of it.
Again just my opinion.
Me.
Ok, lead in the paint...a motorized vehicle of any kind is not ment for consumption!
Our great "powers that be" are at it again! Makes one wonder if the ones that voted on this even bothered to read it before they voted...kinda like the big stimulus package that was just passed!
And I do have to agree with the parents that have provided supervised use of these machines.
We all ways allowed our children to operate ATVs and dirt bikes while growing up and I feel they are better drivers on the highways because of it. Gives them good depth perception and reaction time speed.
That being said, some friends that disagreed with our choices while raising their children have paid time and time again for their childrens accidents in motor vehicles.
Either way it does not matter because the more rights we allow our government to control the closer we get to socialism, we all need to think long and hard about that!
You're absolutely right--an atv is not a toy. It is a motorized vehicle, and should not be in the hands of a child or some adults for that matter. These are accidents waiting to happen.
That is why there are safety classes- that the responsible partent that I am have made my girls go through. That is why they do not ride without me. That is also why there are age limits for each size. Opinions are like Butt holes,we all have them. We are never going to make everyone happy. It is not possible, so I will keep riding the trails with my girls, keep following the laws, and showing my children the responsible, safe way of riding ATV's. And yes, there are idiots out there that do not care, and do not follow the laws or teach them to their children. But we have that with cars as well.
More kids are injured by childhood obesity and the resulting long term impacts like diabetes, etc than riding ATVs.
Now of course riding an ATV doesn't necessarily make one "fit", but anything that gets the kids off of the couches and outside is ok by me.
Would I prefer my kids take a hike through the woods over a cruise down the ATV trail. Probably. But are folks suggesting the government should decide which is better?????
"These are an accident waiting to happen"....perhaps but everything with a kid is an accident waiting to happen. Should we ban bicycles, baseballs, hockey pucks, playgrounds, ski resorts, beaches, and yes even the "woods" as we might fall out of a tree, fall through the ice, be eaten by a bear, etc.
Mark
Did you ever stop to think about the stress you're causing the wildlife and erosion caused when you're having "fun" riding trails in the woods?
AND--yes children are always getting hurt some way or another, but putting a child on an ATV is irresponsible and adding to child endangerment.
Oh No..Now we are all going to jail for endangering the life of a child and being irresponsible parents for letting them ride ATV's. Oh wait, I let them go skiing, boarding and I have a swimming pool too, bring the cuffs. Looks like life in prison for me, can I get a plea for swimming classes, safety classes, and requiring them to wear proper safety equipment.
When I go to jail for being an irrisponsible parent, don't let my children go to that person. They live in a bubble.
By last count my nose has been broken 7 times (if you saw it you would think it had been broken more times than that) all via basketball or hockey. I grew up riding dirtbikes, ATVs, and jet skiis. No physical damage from that. So my parents were more irresponsible and endangered me more by allowing me on the court/rink?????
Intuitively, one would think ATVs are more dangerous, but look up the statistics, go to Charles Cole and ask the ER doctors many, many more injuries from the "normal" sports. They are just not as dangerous as you want people to think.
Did you ever think of the stress we cause to wildlife and erosion we cause when we build homes, or roads, or schools. Now I do agree that a combination of morons and not staying on designated trails can unfortunately result in ATVs/snowmachines causing environmental damage, but my personal experience is that I get more snorts, and whitetailed flags when I am walking through the woods then when on an ATV. Kind of like deer on the side of the road. They don't get spooked until you stop your car and get out on foot.
The fact is you hate ATVS and therefore don't want anyone to have one. That's your opinion and your entitled to it, but man I don't know if i want the federal government making those kinds of decisions. I would rather have a local person who understands our natural environment (i.e townships, maybe state gov) then some schmack in DC.
Mark
Of course you see deer when you're walking--Duh!--When you're on a noisy ATV, the deer and all other wildlife will vacate the area long before you get near enough to see them.
I don't hate ATV's as I own two. My complaint is with parents allowing young children to ride them. Children don't need "things" to be happy--they need quality time with their parents. The biggest problem I see with ATV's are people who buy them that don't have any property to ride on--so they think they have the right to ride on other landowners' properties.
I see bloggers complaining about the lead paint issue. Of course the child is not going to be eating ATV parts, but the lead, due to deterioration of age and time, will end up in the environment. So, go ahead and keep buying those cute little over-priced ATV's from China and other countries.
My point is that I don't think the ATVs scare the deer the way you think. Just drove my car right by a bunch of deer in the field. Never lifted their heads. If I would walk in that same field they would sure as hell take off. Why do you think so many folks road hunt from trucks or ATVs - because animals get accimated to the vehicles, stick around, and end up shot. Not the same if you try and stalk up on one. Likewise I've seen many, many more bear while riding my ATV then I have while quietly walking through the woods.
Tell you what the next time I have a boar pig feeling some love. We can do an experiment. I'll drive by on an ATV and you can walk up on him and see what gets him riled up more. (be sure to wear some chest waders)
Kids have had toys since the beginning of time. They do need things to be happy. Toys should not substitute for parents, but did you never recieve a christmas present as a child (that may explain some of this).
I agree 100% with your comment about people riding on other people's property. But does this justify banning ATVs from kids??? People get drunk, get in the car, and kill people...do we outlaw cars because of the morons that drive drunk.
Lead breaking down and getting into the environment?? Well, if you do the research you will see that the lead is contained in battery terminals, valve stems, etc. So if this is your concern then we need a federal ban on automobiles, trucks, trains, airplanes, etc because there is much more lead in the battery terminal of a electric freight train then there is in a Yamaha 50cc.
As to those "cute little over-priced ATVS from china".....well, again you are wrong. People by the China knockoffs because they are so damn cheap. Just bought one last spring for 600 bucks. The same unit made by Honda, Suzuki, etc would have cost 2K.
Mark
Have to agree with Mark 100%. If these are being banned under the new child protection and safety act or whatever it is, it was a very thoughtless law. My understanding most American toymakers, artists, and crafters are very concerned about how it will affect their livelihoods. We need to tell Sens. Specter & Casey, Congressman Thompson (this was passed before he was elected) to seriously examine the consequences of the laws they pass, before they do so. It's ridiculous to ban kid's ATV's because of the lead issue.
If you're mad about this I would find out how Specter and Casey voted on this bill and let them know what you think. Washington DC is way, way out of hand!
THANK YOU, for pointing out WHY these machines were banned.
It's not b/c they "unsafe to operate" this is b/c of CPSIA and the lead content!
This is the same law that is banning science materials from your child's classroom ( http://www.learningresources.com/category/id/104512.do?code=CPSIA ) , leaving second hand clothing dealers open to liability to HUGE fines if the sell something that has lead in it. Sure there is an "exemption" for second hand goods. They have to be "reasonably sure" that the product they sell does not contain lead above the incredibly low new standard, and if it found to contain lead above this new very low standard they are liable. Well how can you be sure the product does not contain lead? Test it. Test it in a process that is difficult to acquire and expensive.
This is the same law that makes it illegal with out expensive and destructive 3rd party testing for people to sell hand made wooden toys, children's clothing and accessories. The same products that have found a resurgence in popularity b/c they offer an alternative to foreign made, mass produced hunks of plastic. This law will put thousands of small AMERICAN businesses out of commission.
These laws DO NOT protect our children any better than the laws that were in effect prior to the passage of CPSIA. This law is too broad, too general and does not address the issue that caused the huge recalls in 2007. I am all for laws to protect our kids, but this is not a one size fits all problem. The people who wrote, enforce and lobbied for this law do not even know what this law is about and the vast effect it will have.
Please, I urge you to educate yourself on this law. Take a few minutes and check out National Bankruptcy Day's website.
BTW...They both voted for the bill.
Just saw a large group of cute little kids gathered around a plastic fender and an old battery fighting like nobody's business to have first dibs on this wonderful meal.
Too many people with their noses in someone elses business.Could be this economy mess will take away all the free time these people have, and force them to worry about themselves and theirs, and quit worrying about mine.I can handle it just fine on my own.
My kids are in their late 30's and were on dirt bikes and 4 wheelers at the age of 6. How did they all survive, no seat belts, baby car seats, playing hide and seek after dark, fishing on a stream all day, mowing the lawn with a riding lawn mower, riding horses, target shooting, etc. Soon we will be unable to "take a s---" unless we follow the governments rules.
so much for the land of the free and brave!! what next? the school bus/ Mom's mini van?
Tell Sens. Specter & Casey to wise up. We're not going to take this anymore!
I can hardly believe my eyes with all of these postings. I started my Dealership back in 2003 when I decided that it was too dangerous for my son to ride on my 1983 Kawasaki 110 ATC(All-Terrain-Cycle,Three wheels)with me. Ever since my first ride on an ATC in 1979, I was hooked, I love to ride. Even before that my Dad would take me on the gas tank of his dirt bike, it was like nothing else on earth, the best relaxation technique I have ever experienced. And then with my son, he was riding with me ever since he was only a few months old. When he started getting big enough that his helmet was hitting me in the chin, I knew something had to be done. I started looking for a small used machine for him to ride on his own. I looked everywhere for a 50cc, but the prices of the used name brand machines were even higher than a new machine when I was a kid, so I resorted to E-bay, and to my surprise it put me in contact with a couple importers and finally an actual manufacturer of Chinese machines. Would you believe to become a dealer all I had to do was purchase 3 machines and apply for my dealers license. Those first three brand new machines were built safer, and cost less one used name brand machine, and came with remote control kill switches. My son learned to ride safely at the age of 5 on a 70cc ATV that was longer, wider, and had better suspension for better control than any stock name brand machine on the market. This machine cost 1/3 the price of a used machine, and I was able to sell all three machines in less than a month just by word of mouth. The parts were easy to get, because every part was a duplicate of a name brand machine, but from the Chinese manufacturer the parts cost much less, but in an emergency I could get the name brand part for much more money. My business grew and before I knew it, I had orders from all over PA, NY, and even delivered to Mass. The 70cc and 110cc Yamoto was a great hit, for anyone with a kid learning to ride, and the Adults that just want to put around. These machine were big enough and strong enough for an adult to ride, and safe enough for kids as young as 4 to ride. They had brakes in the front and rear that were easy for kids to use, because of the foot brake, and the had enough power for even me (210lbs). They had a throttle limit screw so you can prevent the machine from going too fast for young riders. And as some posts above would like you to think that these machines waist Gas and pollute, I'd like to see a riding lawn mower pass the emissions standards tests these machines had to get a green sticker in California, or can run for a full day on a tank of gas. I know if we could get our cars to go 80 miles on a gallon of fuel we wouldn't even tough the fuel efficiency or these machines. I started putting Z-max super lubricant in them and they got even better cleaner running and more efficient. I personally think that if every person who drives a car, truck, or SUV to work on nice days, switched to an ATV with an engine smaller than 200cc, we would save enough money in fuel to pay for the machine in less than a year. This goes double for those driving those Huge SUVs that have become so popular. I started driving a 200cc Dual-sport motorcycle to work on nice days and in 4 months saved enough to pay for the purchase of the machine. If only we could get trails to run everywhere like we have roads, we could all save a ton of money. Don't get me wrong, we still need trucks to haul things and cars to haul groups of people, and vans to haul service people and tools around too. But when we ban any form of transportation weather it be on or off-road, someone is going to suffer. Instead of banning the sale of these machine, they should have required the manufacturers to change the process of manufacturing, and give them time to meet the standards they have established. I know for a fact that there are more kids in NEPA drinking water with high lead and copper content due to low pH water eating plumbing fixtures, that all the kids in the entire US have gotten from these machines added together. I have been testing water all over NEPA and installing water systems for 12 years, and know this is a bigger health risk that even kids riding ATVs, because too many older home have never tested their water, and don't feel there is a reason to, but the EPA only recommends people test their well water one a year, nobody does it. However, one or two voices of concerned rich parents only think there is a problem and that is when the government has to stick their nose into something they know nothing about, and make laws that don't make sense to the masses of people that they effect with their jumping to conclusions. Come on folks, wake up! If you want to stop the ban then contact the right people and complain. Have that Congressman see a Kid ride their first machine and see the look on their faces, when the get their first ride. I would give the machines away for free if I could make every kid as happy as when I deliver them their very own machine, only I'm not rich, and don't want to be, so I try to make them more affordable for everyone. If only the officials could see the faces of the kids when they are told that they can never ride their machine again, because their parents can't get the brake pads they need to make the machine safe to ride. Because this ban doesn't just effect the sale of new machines specifically designed with the safety of children in mind, it also effects the sale of all the parts OEM and aftermarket. This means that parents that spent hundreds of dollars on an investment for years of fun for the entire family, just waisted that money on something they can't maintain properly, and a result will mean kids could possibly be riding machine that are properly sized, but are even more unsafe to ride, and will also be riding machines many time to big for them to properly control. For instance, if a 4 year old 40 pound boy rides a 50cc machine that weighs 140lbs and rolls it over because it needed new brakes, he could be hurt, and the chances of him getting lead poisoning from it is 0%. However, The same 40lb boy is forced to ride on his Dad's 800cc 600+ pound machine, because his machine is unsafe due to the ban, he will most likely be killed in a roll over accident. Who's fault is it? If there was no Ban on Youth models, it would be the parent's fault for letting the child ride an improperly sized machine, but with the ban, the law makers are equally at fault for the child's death, for not allowing the child to have a machine that is built with their safety in mind. Yes, Parents must watch out for their children, and should instruct them on proper handling and safety when riding, but when the law doesn't allow a parent to provide a safe way to do an activity, then the Law must be revoked. This includes all activities. All the laws are to protect people against their own stupid selves, and when we act stupid and get hurt, it is our own fault we got hurt, we don't need to ad insult to injury and get a fine for doing it, but when our stupidity hurts someone else, we need to be punished. As for the Product Safety Commission, that should only be making suggestions and ask the law to require posted warnings, they should not be able to tell us how to live. One time almost cut my thumb off while using a pipe cutter for a job it was not designed to do, but it is my own fault, and I am not going to try to get that tool banned from the use it was designed to do, but I will tell other people not to use it for anything other than its intended use by the designer. My belief is that if you use common sense and God given wisdom, and always seek instruction, you do not need the law, because you will be safe even without the law. It is when you live careless and ignore warnings and common sense, it will always hurt someone. I personally don't think we need to have ATVs of Dirt Bikes that have engines bigger than 250cc, but there will always be those people who feel then have to go just a little bit faster or jump a little higher, or pull just a little more weight, so the machines will continue to get bigger, but if we take away the smaller machines, nobody will have the experience needed to safely operate the bigger machines. Even if the manufacturers that are put out of business, there will always be someone in their own garage that builds something to fill that need, and someone else will see it an ask if they can buy one just like it. So when it comes to building something and then banning it, the ban will always back fire. Help stop the Ban, contact your Congressman and tell him that you feel the greater evil is actually banning the youth models, and not the banning of eating motorcycle parts. That's all I have to say about that. Ride Safe! Wear a Helmet! Use your brain for something besides a hat rack. Be productive, build a your own plan, stop trying to spoil others plans.
