WESB News: 02/20/09 - Two Men Charged with Salamanca Rape
Two Cattaraugus County men have been indicted on rape charges.
Shane Gogel of Salamanca and Joshua Kinder of Otto are accused of having sex with a person younger than 17, who was unable to consent by reason of being physically helpless, according to court records.
Gogel and Kinder are also accused of causing physical injury to the person. The alleged incident happened December 9 in Salamanca.

if these guys are proven guilty, let the family and friends of this poor girl punish them. let them see what true justice is.
I don't know what this world is coming too, but I get more scared everyday knowing that my 8 year old is growing up with these things happening.
These people will be punished at the end:(
They should be casterated and I think it's safe to say that when they go to prison, "Bubba" will take care of the rest!!

so i guess its safe to say i know both parties and the girl is soon to be 18 not under 17. we are all friends. and to say some of the stuff you guys have is rude. i understand that you think it was a kinda rape were they dragged her into a room and raped her. not so much!!!! these people are innocent and she doesnt realize whats really going to happen to them. She cheated on her boy friend and was affraid to get caught cheating because her boy friend had told her she couldnt mess up anymore.But its honestly hard to choose a side when you have been frainds with both parties for so very long and you dont want to see your friends lifes ruined. so honestly people think it through what if it was your friends what would you do what would you believe? but yourself in the shoes in many of the friends of these people
