Teen Girl Facing Child Porn Charges
A 15-year-old Clearfield County girl has been charged with possession, distribution of and creating child pornography for allegedly sending nude pictures of herself to a 27-year-old man over the Internet.
Police found the pictures on the man's computer. They say the girl and the man engaged in unlawful sexual activity as well.
The man has been charged, but his name hasn't been released.
The girl is in the custody of her mother.

huh!!!!! well-well-well sometimes the girls are wrong also.
hummm... NO... because the first time this girl sent the 27 yo MAN a picture that was inappropriate he should have told her that it was wrong!!!!
Plain and Simple--- she is a child and he is (should be) an adult. There is NO reason that he should have continued such a relationship...

At 15 nowadays you arent much of a child. Teenagers today are growing up much faster than when i was that age.
It is good to see that this girl (who should know better than to take naked pictures of herself- regardless of how old the man is on the other side of the computer screen) take some responsibility too. He, of course will go to jail (as he should). She will maybe get her hand slapped an be called a victim. I think they should both be prosecuted.
