Port Allegany Fire Rescue and Ambulance are responding to a report of a 4-wheeler accident on the cell phone tower road off of Hillside Avenue. A female victim has been transported to the Charles Cole Helipad where a medical helicopter will transport the victim to a trauma center.

Just because it's private property does NOT mean that you cannot be on it. Have you ever heard of asking permission. Back off already!
I don't know what the situation here is but... Was this road a property leased by a telco? If so I am sure the telco would have granted permission to ride on the property without hesitation if asked. lol.
I guess that no one is going to post any photos of the event for us to complain about. That's too bad...because we really like to complain!
