He killed a person and only got 20-40 years? This punishment doesn't seem to fit the crime.
What a chame to shoot somebody he left many people saddened may he sit and think about what he did everyday....
What ever happened to the death penalty, I believe if you kill someone, you should lose your life as well, he will be out on the streets again in 8-10 years.Meanwhile our tax money will be supporting him to exist. Where is our justice system??? I think that this is our biggest problem in society these days.There is no real punishment to deter any sort of crime, that's why crime is so rampant. "An eye for an eye." that's my motto.

Hope they don't evict him from jail, someone else might get shot. Yep we need to get back to an eye for an eye. People that recieve the death penalty and it is actually carried out need to have the remains turned back over to the families to dispose of themselves. I as a tax paypayer don't even want to pay for the casket to bury them in.
Putting a person in prison for life for killing someone is like putting a dog in the SPCA for life for attacking and killing a child.

One of the many thingsthat really bother me is that we can,t just let them sit in a jail cell we must require them to have excerise. so my tax money buys them the best gym equiptment.
