Game Commisioners can arrest a man for protecting his house from bears, but they cant do their job cleaning up dead deer in the roads? Go game commisioners.

As far as I am concerned, it's the responsibility of the person that hit the deer to remove it from the roadway so that it doesn't endanger other motorists that may be driving on the roadway. If you can't move it yourself, at least call someone to help you. It's not that big of deal...been there and done that.
