SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES TRACK “MOST WANTED” AND
HIS FUGITIVE GIRLFRIEND TO COUDERSPORT, PA.
PITTSBURGH, PA - Sheriff William P. Mullen announces the apprehension of Vincent Lobianco, 32 years old, from Swissvale. Lobianco was wanted for violating the conditions of his probation/parole for a 2006 conviction.
The original charges in this case were for Burglary, Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Assault, Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Receiving Stolen Property. Lobianco was arrested for breaking into Sullivan Chevrolet by smashing out a rear window.
When officers attempted to arrest Lobianco he fled from the building and ran into Pine Creek where he fought with officers and was eventually apprehended. Lobianco has been wanted since October 19, 2009.
Last evening Sheriff’s Deputies received an e-mail tip with information regarding Lobianco’s whereabouts.
This information led deputies to several locations that resulted in two additional fugitive arrests.
Deputies also learned that Lobianco had fled the Pittsburgh area and was traveling with his girlfriend. Deputies learned that her name was Kirsten Tretter, 24 years old, from Berwick, Pennsylvania. These same deputies then learned that Tretter was also wanted in Columbia County on drug and theft related charges.
The information supplied, led deputies to a relative of Tretter’s who lived in Coudersport. This evening, deputies were able to ascertain who this family member was and an address for him.
They immediately contacted the Coudersport Police Department with this information. Coudersport Police went to the address provided in the 100 block of East 7th Street and did apprehend both Lobianco and Tretter without incident.
Both were then transported to the Potter County Jail where the will be held until such time that they are returned to the issuing counties of their warrants.
The other two fugitives arrested during this investigation were Robert Mitchell, 38 years old. From the Hill District. Mitchell was wanted by Family Division for non-support in excess of 13,000 dollars. Also arrested was Mitchell’s girlfriend Danielle Johnson, 34 years old, also from the Hill District. Johnson was wanted for violating her probation on theft related charges.

i could tell something big was up when i saw 7 state police cars and officers with SWAT jackets on and rifles on their backs. not an every day occurance on seventh street!
So are these "relatives" going to be charged with aiding and abetting or harboring fugitives?
