Windows Broken
State Police are reporting an incident that occurred between 8-24 and 9-7-09 at a residence at 833 South Water Street in Ulysses Boro.
An unknown actor(s) broke three windows on the west side of the 2 story home owned by Helen Lampman, of 87 Oak Lane, Coudersport, PA. A stick was used to break the windows.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Coudersport at 814-274-8690. Trooper Michael Flook is the investigating officer.

Perhaps its time we start looking at a regional police agency for this corner of the county. There has been an awful lot of crime going on here and its going to continue as long as people know there are no police other than PSP to protect this portion of the county.
Or maybe one better, a public safety agency that could assist with fire and EMS as well.
