Disorderly Conduct
A Port Allegany woman was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday at 7:44 pm in Eldred Borough after an incident at a mini-mart in that boro.
Patricia Larson, 23, Port Allegany, PA. caused a public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm when she was attempting to purchase cigarettes at the Dandy Gas & Go mini-mart in Eldred. She was asked for her ID, which she could not exhibit.
State Police said the DISORDERLY CONDUCT charge will be answerable at District Court 48-3-02.

Just keep sucking on them cigs, you'll look like a prune in no time. It's the cigarette that smokes, don't ya know, you're just the sucker on the other end.
People tend to forget the fine that is imposed on the clerk and the store owner if they sell to a minor. People should understand that the store is just protecting there license and following the law.
