Coudersport Woman Was DUI
A Coudersport woman was stopped by troopers a few minutes after midnight on Thursday morning on the Brookland Road in Sweden Township, after she was observed not Driving on Right Side of Roadway.
Upon interviewing Janel Renee Palmatier, 31, of 166 Sweden Hill Road, Coudersport, PA, it was determined that she was under the influence of alcohol.
Palmatier was arrested without incident and charges of DUI/GENERAL IMPAIRMENT; DUI WHIL BAC .16% OR GREATER; DISREGARD SINGLE LANE; CARELESS DRIVING and DRIVING ON RIGHT SIDE OF ROAD were filed in District Court 55-3-01.

Two hmmmmmmm's, A School Teacher ???
She must be an Irish school teacher!
I realize that being a teacher, you need to uphold a good reputation within the community. However, this was on her own time. Not to mention, she's only 31. Shocks me to see teachers that young, in our school system. It's to be expected every now again with people of that age. Not that it's appropriate or good.
I can't believe that a person with this apparent disregard for the law and the safety of others could be a classroom teacher...What gives?
