Midstate bus companies have seen Atlantic City trips drop by 70 percent over the last 5 years

For Frances Goshorn of Mount Holly Springs, there’s really no choice between Pennsylvania casinos and those in Atlantic City — it’s “naturally Pennsylvania.”

“They’re cleaner, and they’re new — and I’m always up for trying new things,” Goshorn said. She joined 43 other Carlisle-area senior citizens early Thursday for a Wolf’s Bus Lines charter trip to Mohegan Sun Casino at the Pocono Downs in Luzerne County. More...

What effect is the decline in PA gambling having on Rendell's plans? Decline in gambling isn't hurting just Atlantic City and Vegas.
