Like it has been said many times before, a PFA means nothing to the offender. They are violated so many times by the person they are brought against.
throw the key away
i agree with the pfa BUT so many people abuse them ..for god sake she was liveing with him as she had the pfa on him she should be charged too she has pfa on him and first time she gets mad she throws him in jail everybody knows everyday she is at his work and as he is in jail she takes clothes and hides them fo him come on who is in the wrong ????? they both are
As a victim of domestic violence myself, I find this very disturbing. The last post on here summed it up quite well. I cannot tell you how many times this girl has gotten PFA's on this man, only to break them herself by moving him back in, sneaking around to see him. How many times can someone do this, then turn around and drop them, before the judge is going to put a stop to it. I believe she should be charged as well.
take her away as well for abuseing the pfa all the time.everyone in town know"s.that they are liveing
toghter.for god wake up potter county.she violated as well for haveing him there all the time..
