Troopers Arrest Man Who Violated PFA Order

A St. Marys man was arrested on Sunday at 7:11 pm at Dee's General Store in Shippen Township, Cameron County for violating a court order.

David Pesce, 49, of St. Marys, PA and a Known Adult Female, 39, of St. Marys, PA, were found traveling together in Pesce's vehicle.

???? And I hope she will be arrested also??!! She broke the order as well.. .THIS is one of the very reasons these orders are not taken seriously, a women gets upset or really does get hurt, decides to go through with a PFA, then a week later, back with the man who gave them a black eye or maybe did nothing at all.. It's not a GAME. I hope she faces charges as well as he.

I don't think either one of them should face any charges.

I understand the point of the PFAO but if BOTH parties detailed in the PFAO ignore it and the meeting is consensual, who cares?

Are they not both capable adults? Is this not the land of the free?

I lean towards THE POLICE butting out of peoples business wherever possible.
Where the people in this country though having badges nosing into everyone's affairs even if there is no victims or peace being disturbed is beyond me.

What isn't beyond me is 'land of the free and home of the brave' is about as big a lie as one can tell.

Well, they are the ones that brought the police into it in the first place. They should have thought about being adults before the PFA was needed.

2:30, if you desire the police to stay out of your business then don't get a PFA!

If you want to "live in the land of the free?" Then stay clear of the Courts that issue these laws to protect victims.

Kind of ass backwards don't ya think?!

If that is the case, then I guess both parties need to be held accountable as to why they violated a court order?! Guess that's why the Police made the arrest! The Police didn't say this was a crime, the state of PA did!

As a matter of fact this Protection Order was issued in the first place BECAUSE we live in the land of the free, and it was the BRAVE that showed up to see that it's enforced!
