Kyle A. Mills, 23, of 153 Pine Street, Wellsville, NY, will be cited by State Police on a complaint of scattering rubbish which occurred along a township road in Oswayo Township, Potter County.
Mills is accused of scattering garbage bags of household waste on property of Seneca Resources Corporation (National Fuel Gas) along Tormey Road, 2/10 of a mile North of Kinney Road. He will answer a Scattering Rubbish charge before District Judge Barbara J. Easton in Shinglehouse.
