Little Genesee, NY---Richard G. “Dick” Olmstead, 64, of Little Genesee, a former lifelong resident of Bolivar, died Saturday, March 12, 2011 shortly after arrival at the Olean General Hospital, Olean, after suffering an apparent heart attack.
