Roulette Township Update
As of 11PM last night we had to shut the westbound lane of Main Street near the Kaple Farm down to one lane of traffic. As of 5:30AM the waters had began to recede and we were able to reopen Main Street. There have been no reports of any damage and no other roadways in Roulette were affected.
We received a total of 0.94” in 36 hours. Based on what I have seen here at the office, there will probably be some minor basement flooding issued from groundwater. Neither the Allegheny River, nor any of the local tributaries that we have been monitoring reached forecasted levels in this area nor did they even reach the crest that was seen earlier this week.
On a different note, if there is anyone that has been attempting to call the office this morning and received a busy signal, there was an issue with one of our internal phone lines that has been resolved and the phones are back up and working normally now. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused anyone.

Roulette Township is so lucky to have Jonathan working for them. He is amazing with his updates and info. Always on the ball. Wish we had someone like him in Coudersport.
