ATV Flips in Kendall Creek

WESB UPDATE--An ATV flipped while two four wheelers were attempting to cross Kendall Creek Thursday night in Foster Township. Police say that 50 year-old Charles Benjamin made it across the creek on his four wheeler, but 42 year-old Keith Everly's ATV didn't and flipped, sending him and a boy into the swift moving water. The two were able to get out of the water on their own and were taken to BRMC for treatment of hypothermia.

Please show me where anywhere in this report it indicates that the individuals were in the water intentionally. You are very quick to assume such. That indicates to me that your intelligence should be the one in question here. I am glad to see that all were rescued with limited injuries. Way to go emergency service personell.

9:16. It says right in the story that they were attempting to cross the creek. I am familiar with the crossing they were using and it is a common ATV crossing.

You should be more careful with your comments.

people around here trying to ride these things arent responsible and cant ride to begin with. Out of towners come up get drunk and wreck and give good local riders a bad name and in this case someone just doesnt have the skill to be riding like this gets hurt. Wait till the fallout from this.

I still stand by my convictions... Just because they were utilizing a common crossing that was unsafe, and indeed not that intelligent, does not mean that they were intentionally playing in the water.
