What a brain surgeon.
I'm surprised he didn't drive himself there while drunk to file a complaint.
That’s always a good one.

8:58, if someone decides to carry a weapon of any kind, they assume the responsibility of educating themselves on that weapon.

The first question you should ask yourself maybe should be; "Is this legal?!"

It's called accountability...

§908.
Prohibited offensive weapons

Definition
"Offensive weapons" Any bomb, grenade, machine gun, sawed-off shotgun with a barrel less than 18 inches, firearm specially made or specially adapted for concealment or silent discharge, any blackjack, sandbag, metal knuckles, dagger, knife, razor or cutting instrument, the blade of which is exposed in an automatic way by switch, push-button, spring mecha¬nism, or otherwise, any stun gun, stun baton, taser or other electronic or electric weapon or other implement for the infliction of serious bodily injury which serves no common lawful purpose.

There is the Pa law.
Now you can't say you didn't know brass knuckles, and blackjack's weren't legal.

If used as a weapon such as a

Of course there are exceptions that apply to special citizens, ie, police and certain gov agents.

(1) Police officers, as defined by and who meet the requirements of the act of June 18, 1974 (PL. 359, No. 120), referred to as the Municipal Police Education and Training Law.
(2) Police officers of first class cities who have successfully completed training which is substantially equivalent to the program under the Municipal Police Education and Training Law.
(3) Pennsylvania State Police officers.
(4) Sheriffs and deputy sheriffs of the various counties who have satisfactorily met the requirements of the Municipal Police Education and Training Law.
(5) Police officers employed by the Commonwealth who have satisfactorily met the requirements of the Municipal Police Education and Training Law.
(6) Deputy sheriffs with adequate training as determined by the Pennsylvania Commis¬sion on Crime and Delinquency.
(7) Liquor Control Board agents who have satisfactorily met the requirements of the Municipal Police Education and Training Law.

As a born & raised Austinite, I'm so sick of people always putting down the Town for the idiots that live here & get into trouble. As was said ,the majority are originally from somewhere else & moved here. Give us a break. You can't degrade the town for some of it's stupid people !!!!!

I agree with the Austinite, there are some really nice people who live in Austin and there are just plain idiots that keep bringing this place down. I wasn't born or raised here but I do like this town. And if you really want to be technical about it all towns and cities have idiots who live within there areas.
