DEP is state funded, state staffed and the state suports natrual gas drilling at all cost. Don't expect any fair judgement calls from them.
Once again, follow the money.
hum slapped in the face! Oh drill baby drill..
Well, well, well. Isnt this interesting, instead of the drilling industry creating 'stories' about its gates being torn down, liners being cut and valves being turned open (as implied by some), now we find out that the industry was going totally by the book and being accused of something that it obviously did not do in this case. I cant wait to read all the apologies.
I'm sure there are countless other stories such as this were the new drilling companies are being blamed for pre-existing contamination.
Won't be any apologies. They will not admit they are wrong.
