Next round of DuBoistown Bridge beams arrives Thursday
This Thursday, July 28 the contractor building the new DuBoistown Bridge between Williamsport and DuBoistown over the Susquehanna River will receive another round of beams for the new bridge.
Five beams will arrive for the last span to be set on the north side of the river. This will complete the first phase of beam setting.
The beams will arrive via Route 220 north to the Reach Road Exit, and then travel Reach Road to Arch Street and to the work site adjacent to the existing river crossing. Minimal traffic impacts are anticipated. Flaggers will control local traffic for the Reach Road/Arch Street crossing and from Arch Street onto the project access road.
