Motorists in southern Northumberland County are advised that Route 147 is open a couple miles south of Dalmatia following a truck crash; however, Mountain Road at its intersection with Route 147 remains blocked by the downed utility wires. Mountain Road is part of the detour route for the Route 147 bridge project at Dalmatia.

Route 147 through traffic is advised to use the following detour until the crash scene is cleared: from Millersburg, take Route 209 to Routes 25 and 225, and then back to Route 147, or the reverse.

The Mountain Road intersection at Route 147 may remain closed until sometime this evening, depending on the extent of utility repairs required.
