Two DUI's In One Day
A Tyrone PA man walked into the Pennsylvania State Police Kane Station at 8:58 am and asked to be processed for a DUI he was arrested for earlier in the day on Saturday.
Troopers said Thomas Wayne Brower, 55, of Tyrone, PA, was still intoxicated and had driven himself to the station. He was subsequently arrested for another DUI and related offenses.
