Coudersport Ambulance To Rt. 6 West

At 4:52 pm on Friday, Coudersport Ambulance has been dispatched to Rt. 6 West for a person to go to the hospital.

I thought the ambulance was for emergencies, not just free rides to the hospital? No wonder Coudersport doesn't always respond to calls and Roulette has to cover. An ambulance is not a taxi service.
