Lyman Run Spooktacular Cancelled

The Halloween Spooktacular at Lyman Run State Park is cancelled due to the Winter Storm Warning that has been issued for Saturday, October 29.

Extreme cold temperatures and the possibility of up to 6 inches of heavy, wet snow will make for very unfavorable conditions. The Friends of Lyman Run would like to thank all those members who volunteered with the planning of this event and a special thank you to the following for their support –

Sweden Valley Inn, The Bureau of Forestry Susquehanna State Forest, the park staff at Lyman Run State Park, the Welfling Girls Pumpkin Gathers, the Snowman Family, Alyson Leach , Patterson Lumber, Mansfield Wal-Mart and Galeton Drug. We hope to see everyone next year!
