An Emporium woman was wearing her seatbelt and was unhurt when her 2005 Chevrolet Equinox LT hit a culvert Friday morning at 7:00 am.
Melissa S. Ball, 27, of Emporium, PA, was traveling east on Old West Creek Road about 164 feet east of SR 120 when she lost control of her vehicle on the snow covered roadway, traveled onto the south berm, and struck a culvert.
Trooper Gary T. Barnes of Emporium PSP said she will be cited for Roadways Laned For Traffic.

Maybe PENNDOT should be cited for not keeping the roadways safe! Drivers getting cited for "accidents" because of road conditions is getting ridiculous!
