An incident of Disorderly Conduct was investigated by State Police at Coudersport on Wednesday.
Jody Nudd of 1381 SR6 in Pike Township, Potter County, told Trooper Andrew R. Mincer that a 13 year old Juvenile was shooting BB's at him with a slingshot.

Hopefully this boy gets sent away before he seriously hurts someone. Perfect case where mother believes child does no wrong. About time he's held accountable for his actions.

I won't climb up on the soapbox and say I was above doing something like this when I was a teenager. However, I commonly refrained from such things because I had a father who'd make sure justice for the victim was administered directly.
No more sending kids away. Government wasn't meant to raise your children and government wasn't meant to determine how they're punished. Frankly, I'm tired of wasting my tax dollars on your inability to parent your child.
If YOU can't raise YOUR offspring that YOU wanted, then the GOVERNMENT should. Whether it be foster care or a drug & AID infested prison.

Did anyone read what the incident was??? BB's with a slingshot....BB's! YES IT IS WRONG by all accounts! And I would discipline my child for any such doing! But your trying and convicting without the full story! YES I will again say it IS WRONG...but geez... Why be so harsh!
When I was a kid a friend of mine was shot in the eye with a BB shot out of a slingshot. He had to spend the last 40 years with only one eye. Yes I think they should be harsh!
Well, if they do send him away to a juvenile facility they'll be helping someone have a job, so this could help the economy and not damage the environment. Also add more use for our criminal justice system, which again, means folks have good jobs.

When I grew up, we would have just told the kid's parents what he was doing and they would have paddled his backside, grounded him and added to his daily chores...This kids parents should still do that!
