Convicted rapist, David Alan Thomas, 49, formerly of Coudersport, was back in Potter County Court recently asking that Potter County Judge Stephen Minor grant him a "new trial."

What a joke! This creep should die in jail....I'm actually surprised he hasn't yet. His kids have been through SO MUCH TRAUMA!!! Keep him where he belongs, keep him out of the headlines so his kids don't have to deal with it anymore than they already have!!!! MONSTER!
what he did was wrong but there is a but.think about the Conflict of Interest.those people at the court house are all Related if you are Related it's all good the lady that run's the jail and the D.A are brother and sister. everyone is related the cys people are all related to each other as well.so how can all there hiring in court be fair think about it it's all a conflict
