Beagle found downtown Port Allegany

Could you please post on your site that a beagle was found downtown in Port Allegany.  My daughter picked her up and brought her home after she wandered into the street and almost got hit.  She is a very small, tri-colored beagle.  She is very friendly.  She has no tags.    I am going to call Teacher's Pet Rescue and see if she can take her until she is claimed.
