Man Sentenced for Sports Club Burglary

Man Sentenced for Sports Club Burglary
A Mount Jewett man has been sentenced to three months to two years in jail on a burglary charge. 

21 year-old Cody Rainey had been charged with burglarizing the Mount Jewett Sportsman's Club in 2011. Rainey was also charged with criminal mischief in the burglary.

I don't get it. This guy gets month to years for a break in where nobody was injured. But the guy that went on a rampage gets weekends? What the hell is wrong with our judicial system?
