A Genesee woman will be charged by State Police with Theft By Deception and Access Device Fraud in District Court 55-4-01 after an investigation revealed that she had removed a bank card from another woman's wallet, copied the numbers and used it to pay bills.
Michelle Ann Billings, 28, of 2891 Gold Road, Genesee, PA, is accused by police of using the bank card information from an account owned by Natalie Eileen Drum, of Mechanic Street, Smethport, PA, at Charles Cole Hospital on East 2nd Street in Eulalia Township. Trooper Timothy W. Mix said the incident occurred on June 18th between noon and 4:30 pm.
