Bradford Man Was DWI In Wellsville

SP AMITY - 911 CALL RESULTS IN DWI ARREST
On Friday, November 4th, NYS Amity responded to a 911 Call for a truck off the road on CR-30 Trapping Brook Rd., Town of Wellsville. 

State Police arrested the Operator BRIAN R. HILLS, 56, of Braford, PA, for DWI. HILLS submitted to a Breath Test producing a .20%BAC, subsequently issued UTT's and released to a third pary.

 HILL is to appear in Wellsville Town Court on 11/14/12 at 10:00am.
