alot of people text while they wait in line and then u get these impatient people and assume that if two cars ahead of them moved up then the one in front of them would move up and then there fore takes their foot off the brake and push on the gas. in all reality the one in front of them still has not moved. plane and simple people need to pay attention in the drive thru and the workers need to work quicker so the customers don't get board and pull out their cell phones

The person had a seizure and hit the gas in return causing a chain reaction, it had nothing to do with cell phones or the workers in the drive thru, which was my daughter.
