Education Consortium of the Upper Allegheny Offering Dual Enrollment

Education Consortium of the Upper Allegheny Offering Dual Enrollment Opportunities for High School Juniors and Seniors

The cost of college has continued to skyrocket, as has the loan debt that students and their families take on to pay for these costs. High school students and their parents owe it to themselves to reduce this burden as much as possible. It is common for college graduates to have $25,000 or more in student loan debt at graduation. It can take 10 - 20 years to pay off this debt.

The Education Consortium of the Upper Allegheny and Gannon University have partnered to provide high school students the opportunity to earn college credits from a US News and World Report Top-Tier University for only $50 per credit. These courses are offered during the evening starting at 6:00 PM or later, allowing students who participate in sports or extracurricular activities to still participate. There are several courses to choose from, and courses will be delivered in Coudersport, Kane, St. Marys, and Meadville/Clarion.

For more information about this program or other educational opportunities available through the Education Consortium, contact ECUA at (814) 757-5731, email dvicini@ecuapa.org, or visit our website at www.ecuapa.org.
