A Genesee man has been cited by State Police for Scattering Rubbish on Grover Hollow Road in Bingham Township.
Floyd Perigo, 19, of 105 A Wintergreen Road, Genesee, PA, is accused of placing 3 bags of garbage on Grover Hollow Road on November 20, 2012. He was cited by Trooper Bryan Uhl with the summary violation in District Court 55-4-03.

our club "adopted a highway" for cleanup duties a few years back,we pick up garbage twice a year,you wouldnt believe the trash we get in 2.5 miles.Grover Hollow is at least that long....maybe he ought to have that appointed "his highway" to clean up for 5 years or so.....doesnt sound like he can or will pay a fine any way.
