Leroy F. "Lee" Dewyer, 58, of 2961 West Washington St., Bradford, PA

Leroy F. "Lee" Dewyer, 58, of 2961 West Washington St., passed away Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Bradford Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.

Born September 8, 1954 in Bradford, he was a son of Edith M. (Holsinger) Dewyer, with whom he resided and his father, the late Phillip R. Dewyer, Sr.

He was a 1972 graduate of Bradford High School and served in the U.S. Coast Guard.

He worked at Snap Tite in Meadville making tools.

He returned to Bradford, and was employed by Valu Home Center.

He was a member of the Corydon Township Volunteer Fire Department.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Nancy Dewyer of Willow Creek and Linda (Rudy) Luce, of Marshburg; a brother, Phillip (Ann) Dewyer, Jr., of Willow Creek and several nieces and nephews.

Family will be receiving friends Monday, November 19, 2012 from 12:00 Noon to 2 PM in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. East Main St. where funeral services will be held at 2 PM with Rev. Robert Brest, pastor of the First Free Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Corydon-Riverview Cemetery.

Memorials, if desired, may be made to a charity of the donors choice.
