1st I'd like to say "Fry The B@stard." 2nd I'd like to ask why only $20,000 Bail? Shouldn't it be like a Million? And before people says Innocent until proven guilty, which I agree with, they must have had enough evidence to arrest him & build a case against him. For that reason the bail should be a lot higher. Rape of a child....Is there anything in the world worse?
Stand trial for raping a child or Flee and lose only 20,000. unsecured bail, what to do what to do?
Weak & Pitiful judge
why wait 4 years before reporting incident.people need to teach there children it is ok to tell and not ok for what was done to them.how many other victims does he have after running loose for 4 years.
Praying for the child as well as William's parents and family they are good people....may God be with them in this trying time
I do not know either of them but my question is How old was this child??? If 13 to 17 was it rape??? I see many girls of that age running the streeets at all times of the night for what reason???
For all of you sheeple that seem to know EVERYTHING: 1> He was not arrested-my understanding is that he came down and turned himself in when asked to do so. 2> For all of you fathers out there with teenage daughters: BEWARE-this could EASILY happen to you-all it takes is a pissed off kid to make an untrue statement and YOU could be the one on Solomon's Word ! 3> As to Judge Stubbs being a "pitiful judge"-well I truly believe that she is far wiser than all of YOU. Remember "Judge not that ye not be judged." and "Innocent until proven guilty"
8:00 a.m., is says "a person less than 13 years of age"
Yes. He did. AFTER playing dodge with the police, and only when he was given the ultimatum- turn yourself in, or there will be a warrant through the state police. Hm, what to do? Go in while it's still county level? Or let the state get involved... Hhmmmmmm....
