At 12:45 pm on Thursday, Fillmore & Houghton Fire Depts. have been dispatched to the Rushford Dam Road to assist a man who is sinking in the mud and can not get out of the water.
1:03 PM--OFFICER ON SCENE REPORTS MAN IS OUT OF THE MUD.
