SP AMITY - MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT RESULTS IN SEVERAL CHARGES
On Friday - November 02,2012, NYS State Police Amity responded
for a 1 car roll-over MVA in the Town of Angelica in which the operator
fled the scene.
DOUGLAS OSBORN was located at his place of employment
and arrested on 2 cts of Forgery and numerous traffic violations.
During the investigation it was determined that OSBORN'S motor vehicle
involved in the accident had a forged NY State inspection sticker. In
addition during the investigation it was revealed that OSBORN possessed
another forged inspection sticker on his second motor vehicle which was
located at his residence in the Town of Birdsall.
OSBORN was arrested
on 1 ct of Forgery in Angelica Township and issued AT returnable on
11/29/12 at 7pm. OSBORN also arrested for 1ct of forgery in the Town of
Birdsall and issued AT returnable on 12/06/12 at 7:30PM.
