A Shinglehouse man was not hurt at 4:30 on Saturday morning when his 2003 Chevrolet Silverado crashed into a ditch & road sign on the Eleven Mile Road in Oswayo Township.
Emery B. Miller, 60, of Shinglehouse, PA, was traveling southbound on Eleven Mile Road when he failed to maintain control upon negotiating a right curve in the roadway. His vehicle left the east side of the roadway and impacted with a ditch and a road sign. He was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
Trooper Gerg who investigated, said the vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed by Black's Towing. Miller was cited for (not) Driving Vehicle At Safe Speed.
