Hebron Center Christian School will be hosting an “All You Can Eat Dinner” featuring Spaghetti & Meatballs Or Chicken & Biscuits with a choice of vegetable and numerous choices of dessert......It will be held at Hebron Center Christian School in the gymnasium on Thursday, April 28th, 2016. This dinner has always been on the last Tuesday of April, but that is Election Day in Pennsylvania......Suggested Donations for the dinner are as follows: Seniors- $6.50.....Adults and Youth 12-18- $8.00.....Students Under 12- $6.00......Children 5 and under-FREE!......Family Rate-$25.00.........Time will be 4:00-7:30 p.m. The Hebron Center Christian School students hosting this dinner will be attending the annual ACE International Student Convention at the University of Missouri, Warrensburg......ALL proceeds will benefit these students. Oil/Gas Leasing: Knowing options before there are none

Throughout the Twin Tier region (PA & NY) leasing subsurface resources has existed for over a hundred years.  Like all  industries since early days … the technology has expanded!  From development to production to marketing, to the innumerable uses that now exist for natural gas and oil, everything has changed.  While in recent years it may have felt like an explosion in our midst, in truth generations before us had to make business decisions about their same resources … natural gas and oil.

Readers who can identify with having leased acreage, “regardless of the document’s age” may be surprised to learn that options exist to up-date an already-signed lease.  It’s not difficult to find  someone who has already been approached by his/her leasing company … a company that wants to alter  or expand upon original lease wording.  However comfortable (or not) landowners have been with their current lease holdings, understand that this change is inevitable. 

What steps will landowners take to update their own knowledge before they sign an altered leasing document?  The choices made can change current lifestyles and those in the future.  The same holds true for our environment. Throughout Twin Tier territory storage leases and pipeline leases have always been a part of our lives.  None of the above is “news”.  It’s our history. Time to check over  leases that may be “older than the hills”, or newer ones expiring within a year or two. Has everything happened that you were expecting?
