State Police at Emporium investigated a Drug/Possession incident which occurred on November 20 at 6:02 PM on Rich Valley Road.
Trooper Michael Meko said the incident occurred as the known male (who police did not identify) was taken into custody for theft of prescription medication and revealed the location of the items to PSP. Upon locating the items, several other items were also located. The incident took place at 1186 Rich Valley Road in Shippen Township, Cameron County.
Possession charges will be filed in District Court 59-3-01.

would be kinda nice to know who it is being i live on rich valley rd.
The individual must have some kind of 'connections' or clout. OR he/she is a major snitch so the police want to keep this person on their side. I have heard There is an individual in Kane who has had three DUI's and 2 major accidents (both times his vehicle was conveniently stolen, so he was not to blame) . And he has yet to be fined for anything,
Yet being a well known drug dealer/& snitch.. Just doesnt make sence to me.
