A Ulysses man had been charged with Theft of Services after it was discovered he was stealing electricity from Tri-County REC.
Ronald E. Norberg, Jr., 41, of 2735 Loucks Mills Road, Ulysses, PA, was cited by Trooper Travis Trimbur for Theft of Services from 11-3 to 11-7-2012 in Ulysses Township. He will answer the charge in District Court 55-4-03.

With the astrononicle price they charge for electric, we all should steal it. Poor guy.
It might be cheaper to just pay the electric bill cause the fine could be costly. Guess he is going to find out wich it is.
That's right. I don't blame him a bit. Tri-county has been stealing and raping us for years!
