Can you advise whether this new budget requires a tax increase, and if so, how much...not only percentage-wise, but the millage amount and how that translates into additional dollars on the tax bill? Not all of us can get to the township office to insepct the budget, and, even if we did, we would not know the financial impact on residents. Your answer to these questions would be MUCH appreciated.

I suggest you take your butt and your questions down to the township building! Quit being so lazy for the love of god!

The only tax increase that wad approved for 2013 was a .25 MIL increase to the fire protection tax that was discussed and approved by the townspeople that attended the public meeting back in late 2011. I cannot say how this will affect you dollar wise as it will vary for each individual property owner based on their tax assessment.

Thank you, Jonathan. Your reply is helpful. To the rude person at 6:10 PM.....if it were possible to get to the township building, I would do so. And to those who responded to his crude post, thank you for understanding that not everyone is able to get out and around. It is nice to know that most folks are not as nasty as 6:10 seems to be.
