4 Bags of garbage were dumped on property owned by Hancock Forest Management on Prospect Hill, 1/2 mile east of Reilly Hollow in Keating Township, McKean County recently.
Dakota M. Compton of Smethport, PA, is accused by State Police of dumping the garbage there between October 26 and November 8th, according to a news release by Trooper Andrew Brothers of the Kane barracks.

Ridiculous. Get a job and pay to have it properly disposed of like the rest of us. Disrespectful.
Would have been much cheaper to just take the garbage to the dump!!! Zap him $300 a bag which will cost $1200...maybe $10 to take it to the dump...should have waid that one out Dakota before you made that decision.
In addition to being fined the maximum allowed by law, I think this person should have to pick up trash along the road in highly traveled area's. I do hi-way cleanup twice a year and it makes me furious when I go to work the next day and there is new trash. What is wrong with people these day's NO respect for nothing or no one else!
