Potter County Tax Collection

The Potter County Tax Collection Committee would like to remind all employers that the Earned Income Tax and Local Services Tax must be sent to Berkheimer Tax Administrator. 

All taxes must be sent to Berkheimer which actually began in September of 2012 due to the demise of Centax. For information on Berkheimer look on the internet and you can get the information you may need. 

There have been many that still have not had their first and second quarter checks cashed and it is our understanding that they will soon be returned by Centax and you will need to write these checks to Berkheimer, of which most checks are for LST.
