Wellsville Man Was DWI In Town Of Andover

Traffic stop leads to Driving While Intoxicated Arrest
On Sunday - November 4th 2012 at 1:15 am subsequent to a traffic stop on Lever Hill Rd Town of Andover NYSP Amity Troopers Tavernier and Moore arrested Derek M. Austin, 26, of Wellsville NY for Driving While Intoxicated. 

Austin was issued tickets made returnable to the Town of Andover court on November 19th 2012 and released to a third party.
