False reports to Law enforcement
– On Monday November 5th, 2012, the Westfield Borough Police Department responded to an accusation that there was a break in and rape on Lincoln Street in Westfield Borough, Tioga County, PA.
The Westfield Borough Police Department was assisted on scene by the Pennsylvania State Police Forensics Team out of Montoursville, PA. The ensuing investigation found that the accusations were fabricated and that a break in and rape never occurred.
The following charges were filed against Mrs. Woughter, 30, by the Westfield Borough Police Department: False Report to Law enforcement (Incriminating another individual), False Report to Law Enforcement (Fictitious Report), Tampering with or fabricating Evidence, Unsworn Falsification to Authorities (Written Statement) 2 Counts.

if this is all accurate, i hope they throw the book at her. such accusations could ruin an innocent person's life.
What in the world is wrong with this person!!! She is a disgrace and this is why when something bad really does happen to anybody liers like this make it hard on honest ppl..Throw the book at her and lock her up for good!!
She should get the same sentence as the guy would have if he was found guilty of rape
